Material Composition

Primarily made from natural mulberry silk, a type of natural protein fiber, with its content often exceeding 90%.
Some products may be blended with small amounts of other natural fibers (such as tussah silk) or synthetic fibers (such as spandex) to improve fabric performance—for example, enhancing elasticity or reducing costs.
Warp and weft yarns are intricately interwoven to form exquisite jacquard patterns on the silk fabric base. The jacquard process requires specialized looms (e.g., large jacquard looms, small jacquard looms) to complete.

The jacquard sections differ from the base fabric in terms of structure and density, resulting in certain textural variations that add to the fabric’s tactile appeal.
Compared to ordinary silk fabrics, silk jacquard fabrics have a tighter structure and improved wear resistance.
